Throws:

NoSuchHandlerException when we try to call unexistent handler
RequireAuthInfo when Servelt require filled client name and client password structure, but it is not passed with this call (and ModCbroker popup auth window on next step)
AccessDenied when access for this user is denied
ExternalException can be throwed by servlet.
